CLINICAL TRIALS · LONGEVITY PRODUCTS

Scientific validation for longevity products.

We work with your preferred CRO to analyse participants’ samples and measure what your product does to estimated biological age — giving regulators, investors and customers evidence instead of claims.

THE TECHNOLOGY

A more precise biological age clock.

The same clock behind every Epix AI report, applied to your trial: sensitive enough to pick up change between visits, reproducible enough to compare them.

OUR BIOLOGICAL AGE CLOCK

Built on Horvath’s clock — and improved.

Horvath’s epigenetic clock is the reference method for reading biological age from DNA methylation. We took it further.

PRECISION
2.77 → 2.06 years

Median absolute error, reduced by a quarter. Smaller error means smaller product effects can be detected between time points.

SCALE
7,700 samples

Deep neural networks trained on 7,700 samples across ~1,000 CpG sites, so the clock learns from a broad range of real profiles.

DEPTH
930,000 CpGs

Run on the high-resolution Illumina EPIC v2 chip, which reads about 930,000 CpG sites for fine biological detail.

RELIABILITY
Clinically relevant

Sensitive, reproducible measurements of biological aging, so baseline and follow-up samples can be compared with confidence.

THE TRIAL DESIGN

Three samples. One clear answer.

Your CRO runs the study; we analyse every participant’s samples at three points. The result shows whether your product is associated with a change in estimated biological age, and whether that change holds once people stop.

BASELINESample 1
Day 0

Biological age is estimated from each participant’s sample before they start the product.

ON PRODUCTSample 2
Month 3

A second sample after three months of use shows whether estimated biological age has shifted.

OFF PRODUCTSample 3
Month 6

A third sample three months after stopping shows whether any change lasts once use ends.

WHY OUR CLOCK

Built to show change, not just a number.

  • Early-response biomarkers that can shift before conventional markers do.
  • Linked to hallmarks of aging such as inflammation, cellular senescence and DNA repair.
  • Repeat measurements that show whether an intervention is associated with slower estimated aging, and for how long.

WHO DOES WHAT

Your CRO runs the trial. We read the biology.

YOUR CRO

Runs the study

  • Recruits and consents participants
  • Manages the cohort and product use
  • Collects and ships samples at each time point
EPIX AI

Analyses the results

  • Advises on time points and sample handling
  • DNA methylation and biomarker analysis of every sample
  • Statistical evaluation and interpretation
  • A full scientific report plus executive summaries for R&D, regulatory, investor and marketing teams
