Epix AI awarded the Seal of Excellence
The European Innovation Council’s Seal of Excellence brings Epix AI €500,000 in non-dilutive funding.
Epix AI has been awarded the Seal of Excellence, a prestigious distinction given to very few of the companies that apply to the European Innovation Council (EIC). The Seal is the European Commission’s quality label for excellent, high-impact innovation proposals.
As a result, Epix AI is due to receive €500,000 in non-dilutive funding — financing that supports the company’s growth without giving up any equity.
Only a very small percentage of applicants receive the Seal of Excellence. For Epix AI, it is a major recognition of the team’s efforts, and an independent validation of our strategic direction: bringing whole genome sequencing, epigenetics and AI together to make personalized prevention available to everyone.
The award comes as Epix AI expands its services for individuals, clinics, employers and insurers, and continues its work to make Bulgaria a centre for epigenetics and preventive health.
